1. Introduction
Welcome to OLKHO. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this store and every order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & pricing
All products are listed with their current prices in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, sizes and availability may change without notice. Product images are representative; slight differences in colour or fit may occur.
3. Orders & payment
You may pay online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for stock or pricing errors; any amount already paid online for a cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method.
4. Cash on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, a delivery fee applies as shown at checkout. Where advance collection is required, that delivery fee must be paid online in advance before the order is confirmed. This advance delivery fee is non-refundable, even if the order is later cancelled or returned.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; delays by the courier are outside our control. Please double-check your address and phone number before placing an order.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns are accepted as per the return policy shown on the product or support pages. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. The advance COD delivery fee described above is non-refundable even when an order is cancelled or returned.
7. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Once shipped, cancellations are handled as returns. The advance COD delivery fee remains non-refundable on cancellation.
